Best place for Pizza in Sedona: Pizza Picasso in West Sedona. But the local Dominos is much faster.

Yeah, if you want pizza in this town, Pizza Picazzo (or however they spell it) is my first choice. I wish somebody would open a good pizza place uptown.

Absolutely not, on either end! Pizza Picazzo is just over-priced Scottsdale snobbery and APizza Heaven is about on par with the pizza they made at my college's cafeteria.

BEST PIZZA IN TOWN - is at the Hideaway Lounge.

End of discussion. Because if you don't like Hideaway's 'za, you don't got no class.

I agree. Pizza Picazzo is a tastey treat. Dude at Sedona Green told me about it. Thanks.

I like Blue Moon Cafe in the village, they make fresh pizza dough every day and hand toss it.

Hideaway's pizza is the best. I agree with Nix.

A Pizza Heaven has great food...but the service my friends and I received guarantees that I will NEVER return. The acting manager on duty was our waitress and was rude, neglectful and after we decided to leave change on the table as a tip (she didnt deserve that!) she followed us out to the car to try and confronted us about not leaving a tip (we actually gave her tip to the bus boy who kept us watered and boxed our food)...I was horrified! A word of advice: Order by phone, pick up the food and enjoy anywhere but there. Or be prepared for a fight with the worst waitress / on duty manager ever.

Wanting to have the finest pizza in Sedona, as other reviewers described Apizza Heaven's fare, we made reservations and headed down from our hotel on Airport Mesa for a fine Italian dinner. We were seated immediately--about the only thing that went right tonight. I wanted a small pizza for an appetizer, and was going to follow it up with an entree. The waitress came back and told me that they don't do pizza's as an appetizer. The pizza would take 30 minutes. A family was then seated next to us. I asked how long for Chicken Parm. She told me twenty minutes. The family was served bread and their salads. Ten minutes later, I grabbed a waiter and asked for our bread. Twenty minutes after the family was seated, they had their pizza. Forty minutes after we were seated, I asked for the manager, as our food hadn't come out yet. I pointed out that I could have had my pizza, which the waitress talked me out of. The manager was trying to make it right--I told her that all I wanted was my food. My food was served 5 minutes before my wife's, and it came out with a very hot dish, but cold chicken. I complained that the chicken was cold, and the manager called the owner over to us. He started yelling at me that he doesn't do pizza appetizers. He wouldn't listen to my complaint, and cursed me out with the F word. We walked out. We are here as part of a large group that often comes to Sedona for many different seminars. I warn others from this group to stay away from Apizza Heaven.

Actually, my APizzaHaven experience was good. But my favoite pizza in the area was in Cottonwood at the New York style Pizza place beside Office Max.
