Sedona Lizards
Mixed Media & Watercolor Series Celebrates Sedona Lizards

Sedona Lizard Series  is a mixed-media art project by Luke July  featuring a common and fleet-footed Sedona resident: the desert lizard.   Faster than a coyote and more approachable than a javelina, the lizards common to Sedona rocks and patios provides the inspiration for an artistic exploration of southwestern personality.  Each lizard in the series addresses the question "Where Do You Come From, Where Are You Going?"   Each lizard represents a personality as well as the lizard, itself.  In other words, every lizard represents an individual journey.  This is an open-ended project for Luke July.  He has currently captured dozens of Sedona Lizards and will continue the series throughout 2008.

Sedona Lizards  are one-of-a-kind, like the individuals who visit Sedona.  Find the lizard that represents your personality.  Take home an original artwork.

Many works  in the The Sedona Lizard Series  are available for purchase here on Sedona Green's Web site. * If you find a lizard that represents your heart and personality, we recommend you act quickly; remember, all Sedona Lizards are single-piece originals.  (There are no duplicates, artist's proofs, prints or giclees in this series..)  Good luck lizard hunting.*
